Product Specialist (Ethical) - Nutritional Division
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:

• Promote, educate and create demand for our Company’s nutritional products
• Built sustainable relationship and good rapport with healthcare professionals
• Initiate & organize marketing activities to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:

• University graduate in Community Health, Nutrition or related science background
• Both experienced and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Achievement and result oriented
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Customer Service Executive - Wyeth Mama Careline
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
This job requires to handle both outbound & inbound calls from potential and existing Wyeth Nutrition customers as well as updating and mananging the customer information in the database. May also require to provide solution to customers' inquiries/complaints and admin & communictaion support in direct marketing (event invitation, feedback survey, sample fulfillment) and loyalty program (Wyeth Mama Club)

Requirements:

• Diploma & above (preferably with Nutritional/Science/Nursing background)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service
• Contract Basis with Annual Renewal
• Working experience in Childcare / Health Care related industry is an advantage. Retired nurses are encourage to apply
• Write & speak Malay & English fluently.
• Knowledge in Chinese dialect is an advantage
